From 2D to 3D, I will take care of your character design concept from start to finish! The character is then created in VRoid Studio, Blender and Unity with custom hand-drawn textures and 3D assets offering full personalisation.

If you already have a character design in mind, just bring your character sheet and I will 1:1 replicate your design to bring your character to live!

Fully rigged and ready for streaming and VR applications, VRM avatars feature lip sync and facial expressions with standard blendshapes and dynamic hair and clothing physics. Terms of service for commissions

By ordering a commission from me, you agree to the written terms below.

- VRoid models come with certain limitations, so some design modifications may be necessary to fit within VRoid’s capabilities. Additionally, hair, clothing, and body clipping may occur—I’ll do my best to minimize it.

Commission workflow:

Stage 1: Character Design Concept (1 Revision round included) (skipped if reference sheet is provided)

Stage 2: VRoid Sculpt (1 Revision round included, 2 if Stage 1 is skipped)

Stage 3: Final Prototype sent for approval before export

Stage 4: Extra add-ons implementation in Blender+Unity

Stage 5: Delivery

payments

☆ 50% deposit required before start of project.

☆ Balance due upon completion before delivery (Stage 5).

☆ Payments accepted via PayPal, bank transfer, and Stripe through VGen.

☆ Prices are listed in GBP (£), and any currency conversion fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

☆ Payment plans may be available for larger commissions—please inquire if needed.

revisions

☆ Two rounds of revisions included (one in Stage 1, one in Stage 2) . Additional revisions will incur extra charges at £30/h rate.

☆ Prototype will be sent for approval before export, once exported out of VRoid, revisions after export (Stage 3) will incur additional fee if requested.

☆ Guaranteed delivery within month

☆ Rush expedite orders (within 1 week) available at additional cost of 50% of the total cost of the order

Usage Rights and Permissions

Upon payment, the Client is granted a limited non-exclusive license to use the illustrations, 3D renders and 3D models for the following purposes only:

✔ Personal Use: Displaying, sharing, or printing the artwork for private enjoyment

✔ Limited Commercial Use: Use for live streaming, video content, and branding, profile picture on platforms like Twitch, YouTube, and other social media

✔ Inclusion in video content for promotional purposes, provided the illustration is not the primary content (e.g., overlays, thumbnails, or backgrounds)

✔ Use in social media promotions, including posts, banners, and promotional announcements.

intellectual property rights

☆ All illustrations, designs and 3D work created by me, the Artist, are protected under copyright law.

☆ I retain full ownership and copyright of all artwork, including the original concepts, designs, and final deliverables.

☆ This license does NOT transfer ownership of the copyright to the Client. I reserve the rights to publish the artwork for self-promotion unless requested otherwise.

restrictions

Client agrees to:

🚫 NOT Resell, redistribute, or modify the artwork for sale.

🚫 NOT Use the artwork in physical or digital products intended for resale or distribution (e.g., merchandise, NFTs).

🚫 NOT Use the artwork for any commercial purposes beyond the limited commercial use specified above

🚫 NOT Use VTubing avatars or backgrounds as a base for creating derivative avatars for third parties

🚫 NOT Claim authorship or copyright of the artwork.

🚫 NOT Use any of the Artist’s work as input for generative AI tools or systems, or otherwise feed the artwork into any AI database, training model, or algorithm.

Client is encouraged to credit the Artist (e.g., tagging or mentioning on social media), though this is not mandatory

refunds and cancellation fees

☆ NO refunds for completed work.

☆ Full refund for cancellations before work begins.

☆ Cancellation fee:

- 25% of the agreed fee if commission cancelled at Stage 1

- 50% of the agreed fee if commission cancelled at Stage 2

- 100% of agreed fee at if commission cancelled Stage 3

☆ Performance Consideration: Highly detailed models require more CPU/GPU power. Ensure your system can run both the model and tracking software.

☆ It is assumed that you are familiar with using VRM models and importing VRChat avatars; Instructions for software setup are not provided, but feel free to ask for advice.

☆ VRChat model uses VRM MToon shader
